Hi, I'm Luciana, but you can call me Lu.

I have been a software developer since I was 18 years old, when I started a Software Engineering degree course. Since then I have ventured into various contexts within software engineering, I can say that I am an enthusiast in the area and that learning in a continuous and incremental way is what I enjoy most.

I have already ventured from inception to pipeline configuration and product delivery. And I can say with ease that the day-to-day development is what fascinates me the most, learning new technologies, applying them and sharing knowledge.

Another point that I like to explore is the interpersonal side, with regard to soft skills. My professional profile is extremely passionate about development, but also cares about the well-being of the team. I believe that people are not resources, but part of a collective construction mechanism to deliver value.

I can say that I am a person with an analytical profile, I have even received feedback about this, and I am also extremely concerned about quality. I firmly believe that study, practice and concern for quality are essential requirements for good business growth.
